Hawking Electrotechnology and Electrotechnology Ltd are now part of the same Electrotechuk Electrophoretic Group.

After major investment the sub contract finishing division now has a new and expanded coating facility. Offering a wide range of specialist electrophoretic high performance lacquer colours and coating.

The new plant was installed by a team of specialists technicians from mainland Spain who were flown over specially to complete the new installation

Beldor NV breidt lakactiviteiten uit!

Onze Belgische relatie Beldor NV installeert midden mei 2009 een geheel nieuwe en speciale voorbehandelingslijn voor staal om tegemoet te kunnen komen aan de toenemende vraag voor het Hawking ALPHACLAD AA 444 BLACK lakproces.

De afkorting AA staat daarbij voor ‘automotive approved’.

Het ALPHACLAD AA 444 proces kenmerkt zich door een hoge mate van bescherming op snijkanten en geeft een goede corrosiebescherming van minimaal 200 uur zoutsproeitest op Q-panels welk resultaat verder verbeterd kan worden door de verschillende mogelijkheden die de nieuwe lijn de markt aanbiedt.

Tevens wordt er een begin gemaakt een kleine voorbehandelingslijn te installeren voor aluminium (inclusief het chroom(VI) vrij passiveren dan wel het chroom(VI) houdende chromateren) en waarbij lakken in de kleuren blank, goud en zwart op aluminium onderdelen aangebracht kunnen worden.

Heeft u een speciale toepassing die niet vermeld is (b.v. het lakken messing, zamak, magnesium en gietijzer) laat het dan even weten!

Wellicht dat Beldor NV u toch van dienst kan zijn.

March 2009 Expansion Program New Distributors Wanted

Now under new ownership Hawking Electrotechnology are currently looking to expand Worldwide distributorship network.
